Rental Application

We provide our clients with professional services designed to enhance and protect their investments.

 

Screening

  •  All prospective tenants are fully screened prior to our acceptance to lease. We select tenants based on reasonable credit, prior rental history and financial ability to pay rent.
     

Rent Collection
 

  •  All rent is due on the 1st of each month and considered late after the 3rd of the month.

Accounting Services

  • We use a computerized accounting system which allows our clients to follow every transaction made on their account. Financial reports are provided to our clients monthly that show all the transactions that have occurred during the month as well as the year to date balances. Reports are provided to our clients monthly, but can also be made available on demand. Disbursements are made monthly and can be tailored to meet our clients needs. We can deposit directly into the clients bank account or mail the checks to the client along with their monthly financial reports.


Mortgage & Property Tax Payments

  • We will, at the clients request make all mortgage, HOA, and Property Tax payments.

Property Inspections

  • We make routine preventative maintenance inspections of all properties we manage for our clients.
     

Repair & Maintenance Service

  • We employ full-time maintenance specialist's in order to provide our clients with fast, reliable, and quality service at a reasonable cost. When necessary, we always hire independent repair and maintenance contractors, who are selected based on the quality of their service and reliability.
